Gary W. Davis is a partner in the firm. His preferred areas of practice are real estate and mortgages, commercial law, and wills and estates. He has extensive experience in real estate development.

Mr. Davis holds Bsc., and LLb. Degrees, both from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Davis was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1978, and has been practicing in Parksville since 1980. He regularly attends professional development courses through Continuing Legal Education, and has lectured on real estate matters, wills, estates, and estate planning for the community college, investment dealers, and local charities. Mr. Davis has served on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Parksville, and is a past-president of the Club. He is a keen sailor and active in local racing through the Schooner Cove Yacht Club racing programme. Mr. Davis is a member of Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons, and a regular lecturer at CPS courses.
